PINKTAIL TRIGGERFISH HUMUHUMUNUKUNUKU HI-U’KOLE

I finally got a nice clean well lit side shot of this bugger. They really don’t like to show off the side of thier body. It is very common to see this fish at any reef in Maui, they are funny because they slip into small cracks in the reef and disappear quickly, they seem to know all the little hiding places, the last thing you see is the pink tail and the dorsal fins wavering good bye. Olowalu.
