This guy is a young pufferfish, as it gets older it will turn from the beige color to almost black, but the white spots remain. If agitated this fish has the ability to puff up more than doubling in size, (thus the name?). Their faces are so funny, you can really see the cheeks, lips and teeth, not something that most fish can boast. Olowalu.
