INDO-PACIFIC SERGEANT Mamo

This damselfish is easy to confuse with the Hawaiian Sergeant, the way you tell them apart is in the yellow top of the fishes back. They swim together in the same schools and behave in the same way, however the Hawaiian Sergeants are endemic, meaning they are found nowhere else but Hawaii, the Indo-Pacific Sergeants are found as the name suggests, all over in many oceans.
