This big eel was down about 20 feet with a few cleaner wrasse picking at it, as you can see in the photos. The telltale sign of this eel is his black gill opening, plus its color, which is variable. I didn’t get to see the whole body stretched out but judging by the head size it was probably about 4 feet long. Olowalu.
