I was lucky enough to get a picture of the juvenile as well as the adult. You can distinguish this fish by the white bar behing the eye and the white around the base of the tail. They often school with other tangs as well. Size is about 7-10 inches. The last picture is a mutant from the Pali Cliffs, I have seen some mutated shapes of fish out there, I wonder whats in the water??? These pictures were taken at Olowalu, Pali Cliffs and 5 Caves.
