Here are some more whales that swam by while I was in the water, that big male came right up by me to take a look and as he turned and swam away I got the fluke shot, which was bigger than me. Olowalu, Maui.

Whale season is here and so are the mothers and calves, this mom and her baby swam right by me and you can see the escort males tail in the picture as well.

The whales are back and we can see them up close and personal. This was a pod of 2 males the came by and spouted about 30 feet off the bow of my kayak. Makena, Maui.
