This is a photogenic stretch of road on the slope of Haleakala (its also a great longboarding road). I got to borrow a motorcycle to ride up there a shoot and I really had fun doing both. Kanaio, Maui.

Here are some photos I took of Iao when I first got the remote for the camera. That way I could get the long exposures creating the motion blur of the water. It is a good effect, I will have to experiment more with it. Iao, Maui.

I really enjoy looking down a road that appears to be like a tunnel with the trees; the shadows make an interesting play of light and darkness in color. Sprecklesville, Maui.
